Free delivery for orders over $230 within New Zealand. Must be selected at checkout to apply.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to public holidays, peak periods, and external factors like postal and courier operations.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Processing time is not included in the delivery time frame estimates.

Cold Shipping

Refrigerated items are sent using express courier services and are securely packaged with an ice pack to manage temperature fluctuations during transit.

The ice pack may be melted if left unattended, but our probiotics remain live and at full label strength for up to 7 days at room temperatures under 30°C.

To ensure optimal potency, re-refrigerate upon delivery as soon as possible and use within 6 months. We recommend selecting a delivery location where you can receive the package promptly.

Please note:

It is your responsibility to review the products received prior to their opening. Products received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for re-supply or credit, if the Products are unopened and in their original condition.
