Ingredients in Brahmi Tone have been shown to or may:

- Improve memory and learning in adults.2
- A daily dose of 110 mg of L-theanine from green tea.3
Contains 3.75 mg of caffiene per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffiene. Caffiene intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
